Automatic identification of person is one of important techniques for information and security systems. Such features bases on persons physiological or behavioral characteristics are called biometrics. Fingerprint is the most suitable information as a biometric; everyone has own immutable coding technique is applied to data compression of images. We pay attentions to the basic concept of this coding method - self-similar property in a fingerprint. We develop an identification system using the compressed data of fingerprint image. We can do identifying process for compensation image by using fractal coding, and it is abstract for feature value by compressed data. In thisstudy, we similarly configure the system as a hybrid system by modeling the amplification characteristics of the operationalamplifier as piecewise constant or piecewise linear characteristics. The parameter regulation to avoid bifurcations is derived from an optimization problem on the maximum local Lyapunov exponent and the method of steepest descent. This method allows us to predict occurrence of bifurcations caused by unexpected parameter change and to avoid it without directly analyzing bifurcations in advance. In this report, on the basis of the ideas and a stroboscopic mapping that discretizes the trajectory of a continuous-time solution, we propose a methodology to avoid bifurcations of stable periodic oscillations in continuous-time non-autonomous dynamical systems. The robot is installed with linear springs at the telescopic knee joint and torsional springs at the hip joint. Two stabilizing controllers that asymptotically stabilize periodic passive gaits are derived. The main part of the second controller is based on ``energy-preserving principle¥\" and generates interesting quasi-periodic running gaits, which can be seen in Hamiltonian system. In this paper, correspondence is investigated about a classification of bifuracation by Izhikevich et al., and a burst response in an Amari-Hopfield model.
