The agent decides decision of migration depending on its own conditions and migration potential at current address. Next, the agent starts to select the next address by land potential which is calculated by several factors, which include convenience, safety, land use regulations, tax and neighborhood household condition. If land potential of the next address is higher than the current address, the agent will migrate to the selected address. The reproductively of household distribution from 1990 to 2000 in Tokushima urban area was used as a calibration of the model, and the error rate was 0.33. This model was incorporated in GIS to develop a land use planning support system. Functions of the system were decided from the results of questionnaire survey answered by urban planners to reflect actual planning condition. Finally, we predicted household distribution in 2000 to 2010 using this system and assumed 3 land use regulation scenarios. For situations where nearness to a facility is important, most of the traditional models seek facility locations that minimize overall transportation costs. Although nearness may be convenient for some facilities, others have a negative effect on the environment. The most appropriate place for an undesirable facility is as far away as possible from all sensitive areas. This minimizes social costs such as environmental harm. However, there are also some facilities that are necessary for the community but have an obnoxious impact on the residents. A model for such kinds of facilities needs to consider farness and convenience, two contradictory aspects. Here we focus on one of the semi-undesirable facilities, that of garbage containers. We consider the optimal distance between a residential location and the waste disposal facilities with respect to residential awareness. Contrary to the common location models based on physical parameters such as distance or time, we propose a method that considers residential psychology and can be used for allocation planning of semi-undesirable facilities by analysing citizen's awareness. To achieve this purpose, we used the city of Tokushima, Japan as a case study, and undertook a survey by means of a questionnaire. From the questionnaire, we grasped people's acceptable distance which is farther than the minimum of their endurance distance and shorter than the maximum of their desirable distance, for the semi-undesirable facilities of garbage containers. Based on the data, we could estimate parameters for the model of a citizen's acceptance rate. As the acceptable distance is regarded as a variable, the relationship between the distance from the residential location to the waste facility and the citizen's acceptance rate is a problem of probability and statistics. In this study, we aim to derive a migration model based on the utility theory in which the degree of relationship between regions is considered in order to contribute to creating such countermeasures. We also aim to construct a highly accurate migration model, because the model is used for simulation analysis. The migration model was built on the basis of regional difference in utility. The function measuring degree of relationship between regions is incorporated into the model in this study. The model is applied to Tokushima Prefecture which is one of the typical rural regions in Japan and has serious problems related to decrease in population. Variables representing not only geographical, historical and natural relationship between regions but also the amount of average income, land price, and the level of quality of the environment are introduced into the model. The model was estimated using regression analysis, and satisfactory results were obtained. Introduction of the degree of relationship between regions into the model affected improving accuracy of the model considerably. In extensive analysis using the model, a dummy variable explaining the psychological factor in migration was introduced, and it was proved that this variable contributes to improve the model in theory and practice. We analyzed the regional image by three steps. Step 1 is the morphological analysis to show the frequently appearing words contained in tweet data. Step 2 is the co-occurrence network analysis to show the connection between the frequently appearing words. Step 3 is the viewpoint and view object analysis by photos with tweet data. Target area is Tokushima urban area. Evaluation items are the elevation, the accessibility of trunk road, station and living facilities and the zoning for development control. We used the multiple linear regression analysis to make evaluation model. These area are covered with residential area mainly. The relation of the urbanization and disaster risk is important information for land use planning. The purpose of this paper is to show the characteristics of each district from the viewpoint of residential location trend and disaster risk. Target area is Tokushima urban area which has two urban planning areas around of Tokushima city. Tokushima urban area has diffusive urbanization in suburban area, and coastal zone of the area has Tsunami risk. Building certification data and Tsunami flood potential data are used in the study. The former data shows residential location. We executed the classification of each area according to residential location in 2010, 2011 and 2012 and Tsunami flood potential. We showed the difference of residential location trend before and after the Great East Japan Earthquake from the results.","ja":"我が国の地方都市では，郊外部を中心に分散的な市街化が発生しており，様々な問題を引き起こしている．特に，災害発生時には被害の拡大にもつながることが懸念される．こういった開発の大半が住宅関連であり，その立地動向を，災害リスクの側面から把握することは，防災に配慮した土地利用計画を作成するための，基礎的情報となり得る．そこで，本研究では，郊外化が進む徳島都市圏を対象に，住宅立地動向と災害リスクの側面から地域を類型化する．研究対象地域は，徳島市とその周辺自治体からなる，徳島東部都市計画区域と藍住都市計画区域である．この地域は，徳島市周辺部を中心に郊外化が進行しており，次の南海地震による津波被害も想定されている．本研究では，建築確認申請データを用いて住宅立地を把握した．災害については，徳島県が2012年に発表した津波浸水予測データを用いた．2010年，2011年，2012年の住宅立地データを整理し，各年で類型化することで，東日本大震災の影響により，どのような立地傾向に変化があったのかを把握する．空間単位は3次メッシュである．"},"is_international_presentation":false},"priority":"input_data"}

Land use categories are forest, farmland, vacant, water surface and built-up area. After arrangement of required data, regression analysis was executed to estimate land use change. 1200 meters grid cell was used as spatial unit of the analysis. Using estimated future land use, we calculated atmospheric pollution gas absorption in 2007. In order to achieve this aim, a quantitative evaluation model of difficultly in walk is proposed. And then, walking experiment by the visually handicapped person's virtual experience and a questionnaire survey about walking are executed. The evaluation model was constructed based on survey results, and it was applied to Tokushima City.
