SEM/EBSD analysis of deformed and recrystallized textures in pure metals (texture control, recrystallization, crystal plasticity, single crystal, bicrystal, SEM/EBSD) (AlやCuなどの純金属の単結晶,双結晶を塑性変形して,変形の様相や局所的な方位変化を解析する.変形した試験片を焼鈍し,形成した一次再結晶粒の方位を解析して,変形により導入された転位との関係を考察する.)
TEM observation of crystallographic defects in SiC thin films (SiC, crystallographic defect, epitaxial film, transmission electron microscopy) (SiC単結晶基板上にホモエピ成長させた薄膜中に形成される結晶欠陥(転位,積層欠陥,多形等)の解析を,透過型電子顕微鏡を用いて行う.)
