Theoretical Elementary Particle Physics

Subject of Study

Study of top-quark interactions (top quark, non-standard physics, anomalous coupling, decoupling theorem, lepton angular distribution) (Future high-energy accelerators like NLC/LHC are expected to work as top-quark factories. Top-quark interactions may work as a window to a physics beyond the standard electroweak model. We are studying them in a model-independent way, and recently found a theorem that the resultant-lepton angular distribution is insensitive to top-quark decay interactions whatever its production mechanism is.)
